  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in British Columbia.

    Ticket purchasers must be 19 years of age or older.

  2. 2. Raffle

    BC Gaming Event Licence #166452

    1 for $20.00; 500 tickets
    3 for $50.00; 600 tickets

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Deadline
    Final ticket sales deadline: December 15, 2025 at 10:00:00 a.m. PST

    Draw
    Prize Raffle draw: December 15, 2025 at 12:00:00 p.m. PST

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 2355 Beacon Avenue, Sidney, British Columbia, Canada, V8L1W9

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://ikca.rafflenexus.com/winners on December 15, 2025.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Island Kids Cancer Association.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Island Kids Cancer Association or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Island Kids Cancer Association does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: hope@ikca.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Delay in Draw

    Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approval by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified via email.

  8. 8. Other

    Please email our team at hope@ikca.ca should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

Island Kids Cancer Association helps families on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands navigate the diagnosis of childhood cancer, through services and programs that offer practical assistance, mental health and wellness opportunities and financial support. IKCA ensures families can access resources, forms of outreach, and avenues of care and healing. Walking with and supporting throughout diagnosis and post treatment year round.
